440 C.I., 727 auto, 8.75 rear
w/3.23 gears. power steering, factory power disk brakes, Light
package. paint code- JJ1 medium gold metallic. Black interior.
Original black plate California car. The plates were still on the
car when I bought it in '02. This photo was taken by me in July of
'05 after the Mopar Nationals in Woodburn, Oregon.
9-12-08 Update:
New garage for the X has enabled me to finally start restoring it.
This summer i did the following to the X. New master cylinder. Had
the original 4 piston Bendix calipers rebuilt. New races and
bearings in the rotors. New beefier strut arms with poly bushings on
front sway bar. New .096 torsion bars. Removed 8.75 rear end,
stripped it and painted it. New brake lines on the rear end. New XHD
leaf springs and bushings. New shocks. New gas tank. New Addco rear
sway bar with poly bushings. More improvements on the way. Thanks
